- Autospot is not liable for any damages, theft, or misconduct caused by third-party service providers or their personnel.
- Service centres are authorized to provide only the services outlined in the purchased package. Any additional services, including parts, will incur additional costs.
3. Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Any unauthorized access or theft of your password must be immediately reported to Autospot.
4. Appointment Scheduling
- Scheduling and delivery of services depend on the availability of slots at service centres.
- Your booking is confirmed only upon receiving acknowledgement from the application.
5. Platform Usage
The system must be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Users agree not to manipulate information, post harmful or illegal content, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property

- Under no circumstances shall Autospot be liable for system failures, errors, or unavailability of access.

8. Specific Rules for Posting
Vehicles
- Ads must contain at least three unique and high-quality images (front view, side view, and interior).
- Images must be of the actual vehicle listed and free from internet watermarks.
Therapeutic Services
- Service providers must hold valid licenses and certifications.
- Ads must clearly state qualifications, service details, and pricing without hidden charges.
9. Pricing and Returns
Price Confirmation
- Prices may vary based on availability, promotions, or supplier adjustments.
- Users must verify the compatibility of products with their vehicles before ordering.
Electrical Parts
Electrical parts cannot be returned if opened or tampered with.
Non-Electrical Parts
Returns are accepted within four days if the product is unused and in original packaging.
